Description of key information

13 °C - 50 °C at ca. 1013 hPa

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Melting / freezing point at 101 325 Pa:
50 °C

Additional information

The melting point of the substance was determined by Differential Scanning Calorimetry according to OECD 102.

The temperature range represents the melting area of crystalline subcomponents. The cooling runs show a cristallization at 16 °C. The melting point of 130 °C at 1013 hPa was obtained according to ISO 1725. The DSC measurement is accepted as key study. The other study confirms the fact that the substance is completely molten at 160 °C.
