The test substance does not possess any characteristic structural groups of concern for oxidising properties.  It is therefore concluded that Fatty acids, C18-unsatd., dimers, oligomeric reaction products with tall-oil fatty acids and tetraethylenepentamine is unlikely to be oxidising.
