Studies are available for DDNSA and di C8-C10, branched, C9 rich, alkylnaphthalene sulphonic acid) (DNNSA). In all these studies no effects were observed at concentrations below the water solubility. Therefore the starting point for risk assessment will be the water solubility (see section on physico-chemical properties).
