A package of physicochemical testing, including a partition coefficient determination, was performed by Huntingdon Life Sciences, UK, to determine certain physicochemical properties of the test substance. The partition coefficient determination was performed using the shake-flask method, conducted to OECD 107 and EEC A8 Test Guidelines, and in accordance with GLP.
The test material was determined to have a log10Pow value of -1.6 (equivalent Pow = 0.03).
