Executive summary:

The oxidising properties were evaluated in accordance with the standardised guideline EU Method A.21. The structure of the test material was compared to the standard list of structural features associated with oxidising properties, as published in Bretherick’s Handbook of Reactive Chemical Hazards, 4thEdition, Butterworth, London, 1990.

 

Based on the lack of these structural features, the result for oxidising properties has been predicted negative.
