First-aid measures

General advice : Change soaked clothing

After inhalation : Ensure supply of fresh air.

In the event of symptoms seek medical advice.

After contact with skin : After skin contact wash off immediately with 1 % acetic acid solution, then clean thoroughly with soap and water. Consult a doctor if skin irritation persists.

After contact with eyes : In case of contact with eyes rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical advice

After ingestion : Take medical treatment.

Fire-fighting measures

Suitable extinguishing media : foam, carbon dioxide, dry powder, water spray.

Extinguishing media which must not be used for safety reasons: Full water jet

Special hazards from the substance itself, its combustion products or from its vapours: In the event of fire the following can be released:

- carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide

- Nitrogen oxides (NOx)

Under certain conditions of combustion traces of other toxic substances cannot be excluded

Special protective equipment for firefighters: Do not inhale explosion and/or combustion gases

Use self-contained breathing apparatus and wear protective suit

Further information : Collect contaminated firefighting water separately, must not be discharged into the drains.
