Methodology
The test substance, titanium nitride, was conditioned for 16 hours at 40 °C, with a Nitrogen gas purge, cooled and then run on the Porosimeter.

Full isothermal analysis (porosity) was performed using Barrett-Joyner-Halenda (BJH) method with relative pressure (P/Po) range of 0.05 up to 1.00 followed by desorption back down to a relative pressure of 0.06.

Duplicated analysis was performed.
