Description of key information
This study was designed to investigate the long-term effects of the test item, after a single exposure, on nitrogen transformation activity of soil microorganisms, following the procedure described in the corresponding OECD 216 guideline and GLP.
According to the statistical analysis, the test item showed significant effect on the nitrogen activity of soil microorganisms over a 28-day period from the 26.6 mg/kg/sdw treatment. The NOEC is therefore considered to be equal to 8.3 mg test item/kg soil dry weight.
