Description of key information

The test item is with high probability not acutely harmful to aquatic invertebrates. No toxic effects occur within the range of solubility.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The short-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates has been tested in a GLP guideline study according to OECD 202 (DR. U. NOACK-LABORATORIEN 2015). Daphnia magna were exposed for 48 h in a limit test using a saturated solution with a loading rate of 10 mg/L due to the low water solubility of < 0.0001 mg/L. After 48 h no effects were observed at the saturated solution and the control. Therefor, the EL10 and EL50 were determined to be > 10 mg/L and the test item is with high probability not acutely harmful to aquatic invertebrates.
