From the structural formula of test item, it can be concluded that the substance has no oxidizing properties. The substance does not have the functional groups associated with oxidizing activity.
Therefore, it can be concluded beyond reasonable doubt that contact of the substance is incapable of causing fire or enhance the risk of fire when in contact with combustible material.
