Administrative data
First-aid measures
Eye contact: flush eyes immediately with flowing water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention.
Skin contact: flush skin affected area with soap and water. Remove any contaminated clothing or shoes and seek medical attention.
Ingestion: wash out mouth with water and seek immediately medical attention.
Fire-fighting measures
Specific hazard: toxic gases and vapors such as COx, SOx may be released in fire.
Firefighting instructions: keep personnel removed from and upwind of fire. Wear full fire-fighting turnout gear (full bunker gear) and respiratory protection.
Accidental release measures
Prevent spills from entering sewers or watercourses.
Collect released or spilled liquid in sealable containers and wipe out remaining liquid with absorbent materials.
Handling and storage
Store in an original container in dry, dark and cool area. Do not store near high temperature boilers, heaters or pipes.
The Registrant Company is regularly inspected by Authorities and Private Institutes.
The strictly controlled conditions are required both by the quality regulations (good manufacturing practices) and by the legal norms related with Health & Safety on the working places.
Sampling procedure (Warehouse ): Laminar flow/powder containment booth and HEPA filter (controlled area) are used to sample the starting material.
Analysis: Sample preparation and analysis are performed inside aspirated fume hood.
Dispensing : Laminar flow/powder containment booth and HEPA filter (controlled area) are used to dispense the material into drums.
Loading of material: Enclosed and vented charging system is used. The material contained into the closed drums is loaded directly into the reactor via pneumatic transfert. The empty container is closed, removed from the box and sent to authorized external disposal.
Reactions: all reactions are performed in a closed system.
Process Sampling: by sampling probe in a closed system

Exposure controls / personal protection
All personnel handling the substance have access to MSDS of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
Only properly trained and authorised personnel handle the substance
Stability and reactivity
Disposal considerations
From the reaction equipments: collected by pipes to a waste gas incinerator
From the working environment: waste vapours are collected by pipes to the scrubber treatment. The waste scrubber solution is then disposed of by incineration.
