Additional information

The toxicity of Amides, C18, branched and linear to Oncorhynchus mykiss was tested according to OECD guideline 203 (Harris, 2015). The semi-static test was set up as a limit lest with 100 mg/L as nominal test concentration (100% v/v saturated solution). The test solution was renewed after 24, 48 and 72 hours. The test was terminated after 96 hours of exposure. Toxic effects were not observed. The reported LC50 values was >100 mg/L based on the nominal test substance concentration (filtered test solution). Based on the results Amides, C18, branched and linear is considered to be not toxic to fish within the limit of water solubility (WS: 0.019 mg/L).
