First-aid measures

4.1. Description of first aid measures
If on skin, remove contaminated clothing, jewelry and shoes immediately. Wash with soap or mild detergent and large amounts of water until no evidence of chemical remains (at least 15-20 minutes). Get medical attention, if needed. Wash clothing before reuse.
If in eyes, immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, occasionally lifting the upper and lower eyelids until no evidence of chemical remains. Get medical aid. Do not allow victim to rub eyes or keep eyes closed.
If ingested, contact local poison control center or physician immediately. Never make an unconscious person vomit or drink fluids. When vomiting occurs, keep head lower than hips to help prevent aspiration. If person is unconscious, turn head to side. Get medical attention immediately.
If inhaled, remove from exposure and move to fresh air immediately. Get medical aid if cough or other symptoms appear. Do not use mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. If breathing has ceased apply artificial respiration using oxygen and a suitable mechanical device such as a bag and a mask.
Note to physician: Treat symptomatically and supportively.
4.2. Most important symptoms and effects, both acute and delayed
No information.
4.3. Identification of any immediate medical attention and special treatment needed
No information.

Fire-fighting measures

5.1. Extinguishing Media
Suitable extinguishing media:
Fire foam, dry chemical, carbon dioxide or water mist.
Unsuitable extinguishing media:
Applying direct water may be dangerous because fire may expand to surroundings.
5.2. Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture
Avoid inhalation of combustion gas in fire-fighting operations since it contains hazardous gasses
such as carbon monoxide.
5.3. Advice for firefighters
Move container from fire area if it can be done without risk.

Accidental release measures

6.1. Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures
For non-emergency personnel:
Wear suitable protective equipment (e.g. chemical resistant gloves, safety goggles, chemical cartridge respirator with organic vapor cartridge) to prevent any contamination of skin or eyes.
Eliminate ignition sources including sources of electrical, static or frictional sparks.
For emergency personnel:
Wear suitable protective equipment (e.g. chemical resistant gloves, safety goggles, chemical resistant clothing, chemical cartridge respirator with organic vapor cartridge, supplied-air respirator).
Collect spilled product by absorbing in non-combustible material.
6.2. Environmental precautions
Avoid releasing the product into the environment.
6.3. Methods and material for containment and cleaning up
Absorb spilled product with inert material (e.g., vermiculite, diatomite or dry sand), followed by placing it in a waste container until disposal.
Wash out remaining small amount of the product with plenty of water. Provide sufficient ventilation to keep air concentration as low as possible.
6.4. Reference to other sections
Refer to "Section 8 Exposure controls/personal protection" and "Section 13 Disposal consideration" as appropriate.

Handling and storage

7.1. Precautions for safe handling
Grounding and bonding required.
Keep separated from incompatible substances.
7.2. Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities
Keep away from heat, flames, sparks and other sources of ignition.
Store in a tightly closed container.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Store indoors and keep away from direct sun shine.
7.3. Specific end use(s)
Intermediate

Exposure controls / personal protection

8.1. Control parameters
Occupational Exposure Limits:
Not listed. (ACGIH, NIOSH, OSHA)
8.2. Exposure controls
Appropriate engineering controls:
Provide local exhaust or process enclosure ventilation system.
Ventilation equipment should be explosion-resistant if explosive concentrations of material are present. Ensure compliance with applicable exposure limits.
Facilities storing or utilizing this material should be equipped with an eyewash facility and a safety shower.
Individual protection measures, such as personal protective equipment:
Eye Protection: Wear splash resistant safety goggles with a faceshield.
Provide an emergency eye wash fountain and quick drench shower in the immediate work area.
Clothing: Wear appropriate chemical resistant clothing.
Gloves: Wear appropriate chemical resistant gloves.
Respirator: Any chemical cartridge respirator with organic vapor cartridge(s).
Any powered, air-purifying respirator with organic vapor cartridge(s).
Any air-purifying respirator with a full facepiece and an organic vapor canister.
Any supplied-air respirator.
Any self-contained breathing apparatus with a full facepiece.
Escape: Any air-purifying respirator with a full facepiece and an organic vapor canister.
Any appropriate escape-type, self-contained breathing apparatus.
For unknown concentrations or immediately dangerous to life or health:
Any supplied-air respirator with full facepiece and operated in a pressure-demand or other positive-pressure mode in combination with a separate escape supply.
Any self-contained breathing apparatus with a full facepiece.

Stability and reactivity
