Additional information

As key study a non-GLP test according to German Industrial Standard DIN 38412 was performed usingPseudomonas putidaas test organism. The EC10 (17h) was estimated to be 3432 mg/L and the EC50 was 4733 mg/L, both related to the nominal concentration (BASF AG 1989, report no. 9/0947/88/w, no analytical verification). In addition, a respiration inhibition test according to ISO 8192 was conducted (BASF AG 1988, report no. 01.102). The EC10 (30 min) was determined to be > 1000 mg/L (nominal, no analytical verification). However, the test was performed using industrial activated sludge and can therefore not be used for the derivation of the PNECstp.
