Conclusions:
According to OECD 202 test method, the 48-hr EC50 of CJ305 was >100 mg/L.
Executive summary:

This test using the procedures outlined in the CiToxLAB Study Plan for 16/377-023DA and OECD 202 (OECD, 2004). The results of this OECD 202 test for CJ305 show that all validity criteria were met. Based on the nominal concentrations of CJ305, the 48-hr EC50 was >100 mg/L.

Description of key information

The 48-hr EC50 of CJ305 was >100 mg/L for Daphnia magna (OECD TG202).

Additional information

Based on Preliminary Rang-Finding Test, a Limit Test was carried out using only one test concentration (100 mg/L) and one control group in the definitive test. In the control group for Limit Test, not more than 10 % of the Daphnia were immobilised and the dissolved oxygen concentration at the end of the test was ≥3 mgO2/L. All test validity criteria were met. The pH of the test solutions was within the ranges outlined in the OECD 202 test guideline. The measured concentrations of CJ305 were within 80-120% of their nominal concentrations. Based on the nominal concentrations of CJ305, the 48-hr EC50 was >100 mg/L.
