Conclusion on classification

Short-term aquatic toxicity data are available for three trophic levels. No acute toxicity is recorded at levels in excess of the water solubility and therefore the L(E)C50 for classification purposes may be considered to be greater than the measured water solubility. In addition, in aquatic algae no chronic toxicity is recorded in excess of the water solubility and therefore the NOEC for classification purposes may be considered to be greater than the measured water solubility.
