- Executive summary:
This test using the procedures outlined in the Maxxam Study Plan for TOX1522 which is based on the SOP for the OECD 202 (BBY2SOP-00017) and OECD 202 (OECD, 2004). The results of this OECD 202 test for CJ302 show that all validity criteria were met.
Based on the nominal concentrations of CJ302:
1. The 48-hr EC50 was >100 mg/L.
2. The NOEC and LOEC was 100 mg/L and >100 mg/L, respectively.
Reference
The 0% of control organisms were immobilised and the dissolved oxygen concentration at the end of the test was 9.1-9.2 mg O2/L. The initial pH measurements did not differ from the final measurements by more than 1.5 units in each test. The color of the test solutions remained the same throughout the test.

The 48-hr EC50 of CJ302 was >100 mg/L for Daphnia magna (OECD TG202).

The test was considered valid as 0% of control organisms were immobilised and the minimum dissolved oxygen concentration at the end of the test was 9.1-9.2 mg O2/L. All test validity criteria were met. The pH of the test solutions was within the ranges outlined in the OECD 202 test guideline. The measured concentrations of CJ302 were within 80-120% of their nominal concentrations.
Based on the nominal concentrations of CJ302:
1. The 48-hr EC50 was >100 mg/L.
2. The NOEC and LOEC was 100 mg/L and >100 mg/L, respectively.
