Interpretation of results:
GHS criteria not met
Conclusions:
According to EU A.17 test method, CJ302 is not considered as an oxidizing substance. Therefore, CJ302 was not met GHS criteria.
Executive summary:

The oxidizing property of CJ302 was determined according to EC REGULATION No 440/2008 Annex A.17 Oxidizing Properties (Solids). The result of preliminary test showed that the combustibility did not sustain, so the full train test is necessary. In train test, the result showed that the piles of sample cellulose-mixtures containing 10 to 90 % weight did not ignited in 2 min. Therefore, CJ302 is not considered as an oxidizing substance.

Description of key information

CJ302 is not considered as an oxidizing substance (EC A.17).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Oxidising properties:
no

Additional information

The result of preliminary test showed that the combustibility did not sustain, so the full train test is necessary. In Train Test, the result showed that the piles of sample cellulose-mixtures containing 10 to 90 % weight did not ignited in 2 min. Therefore, CJ302 is not considered as an oxidizing substance.
