OS2200 is a non-oxidising substance.

Key study: The test was performed according to EEC Method A.21.

The mean pressure rise time for the reference mixture was 5.0 seconds, while the pressure rise time for the test substance mixtures was a minimum of 14.8 seconds. Since the time for the test substance mixture was much longer than that for ther reference mixture, the OS2200 was considered to be a non-oxidiser.

Justification for classification or non-classification

Based on the available data, the test substance was determined to be non-oxidised and therefore, it is not classified in accordance with CLP Regulation (EC) no. 1272/2008.
