All values are based on the NOEC from the algae study. Although a PNEC for secondary poisoning was derived no bioaccumulation is expected in view of the high (calculated) logKow of the substance.

Conclusion on classification

The substance needs to be classified as H411 (aquatic toxicity category 2) based on the NOELR of 1 mg/L and an ELr50 of 3.1 mg/L as derived in th e algae study (3.1 mg/L), the fact that it is not readily biodegradable and has a logKow > 4.5.
