Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

In a study the acute toxicity of the compound to Oncorhynchus mykiss was investigated, following OECD Guideline 203 as well as EU Method C.1 and US-EPA OTS 797 -1400. Fish were exposed, in groups of 10, to a Water Soluble Fraction (WSF) of the test material over a range of loading rates of 3.2, 5.6, 10, 18 and 32 mg/L for 96 hours under semi-static test conditions. Effect concentrations based on nominal loading rates of Water Soluble Fractions (WSF): LC50 = 11.0 mg/L; NOEC = 5.6 mg/L. Analysis of the test preparations at 0, 24 and 96 hours confirmed that there was no significant change in phosphorus concentration over the duration of the study. Therefore based on the results of the test sample analyses the LC50 values were also calculated in terms of the amount of test material present in the WSF: LC50 = 4.5 mg/L; NOEC = 2.1 mg/L.
