Under COLUMN 2 “SPECIFIC RULES FOR ADAPTATION FROM COLUMN 1” in the REGULATION (EC) No 1907/2006 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 18 December 2006, it states The study does not need to be conducted if: “the substance is incapable of reacting exothermically with combustible materials, for example on the basis of the chemical structure. The substance acts as a reducing agent not an oxidisng agent.

Under Column 2 “Specific Rules For Adaptation From Column 1” in the Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council of 18 December 2006, it states The study does not need to be conducted if: “the substance is incapable of reacting exothermically with combustible materials, for example on the basis of the chemical structure.

The substance acts as a reducing agent not an oxidising agent. Therefore, there is no concern for this property.
