Description of key information
The log Pow for the main constituent was calculated by the Rekker method to be 4.2. Using the HPLC method in accordance with EC A.8 and OECD TG 117, 20 peaks were observed in the HPLC chromatogram of FRET 09-0536. For peaks 1 -12 (sum of relative peak areas: 95%) the log Pow range was determined to be 3.9 -4.8. For peaks 13 -20 the log Pow range was determined to be 5.9 - 6.7. From this it was concluded that 95% of the components in FRET 09-0536 have a log Pow in the range 3.9 -4.8.
