Inhalation: Quickly transport the person out of the contaminated area and put it to rest in fresh air. Seek immediately and mandatorily emergency services or a physician and show them this Material Safety Data Sheet.
Skin contact: Remove all clothing and footwear from top to bottom and rinse immediately with plenty of water (≥ 15 min). Seek immediately and mandatorily emergency services or a physician and show them this Material Safety Data Sheet. Retrieve soiled clothing in a waterproof bag for further processing.
Eye contact: Rinse immediately and thoroughly with water, including under the eyelids, for at least 15 minutes. Seek immediately and mandatorily emergency services or an ophthalmologist) even in the absence of symptoms and show them this Material Safety Data Sheet.

Other information: If you have the necessary training: implementing first aid skills to restore vital functions.

Fire-fighting measures

Suitable extinguishing media: Use carbon dioxide, dry chemical, or water spray.
Unsuitable extinguishing media: -
Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture: Dust can form an explosive mixture in air. Fine particles (such as dust and mists) may fuel fires/explosions. Toxic or corrosive gases in particular carbon monoxide and dioxide could be emitted
Advice for firefighters: During all fire fighting activities, wear appropriate protective equipment, including self-contained breathing apparatus.
Stay on the side from which the wind comes. Evacuate the personnel away from the fumes. Avoid release of extinguishing waters into the environment.

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures
For non-emergency personnel: Do not breathe dust. Evacuate and make evacuate the area without walking through spilled. Prevent access to contaminated area Alert relief supplier.
For emergency responders: Equip yourself before entering the contaminated area. (see Section 8)
Environmental precautions: Do not discharge into the environment or sewers. Collect spilled material in a closed container and labeled. For disposal see section 13.
Methods and material for containment and cleaning up:
Containment method: Contain the source of the spill to the extent that it is safe. Cut (if possible) the general ventilation.
Cleaning-up method: Staff which is not directly required must be evacuated. Cleaning operations must be undertaken by persons duly trained and equipped. Pick up spilled substances using a method of controlling the production of dust. Use a damp cloth or a vacuum cleaner HEPA filter.
Methods to avoid: Never use a vacuum cleaner which is not suitable for explosive atmospheres.

Handling and storage

Precautions for safe handling.
General Handling: Eliminate possible ignition sources (e.g., heat, sparks, flame, impact, friction, electricity), and follow appropriate grounding and bonding procedures. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Avoid breathing dust. Minimize dust generation and accumulation. Use with adequate ventilation.
Handle this product with the usual precautions for a pharmaceutical intermediate / active.
General occupational hygiene measures: Separate work clothes from street clothes. Do not eat, drink or smoke in work areas. Wash hands after handling. Take consistently a shower after work. Remove contaminated clothing and protective equipment when leaving work areas.
Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities.
Storage Conditions: Store at room temperature in a properly labeled container. Keep away from light, heat, sparks and flame.

Exposure controls / personal protection

Engineering Controls: Engineering controls should be used as the primary means to control exposures. Use process enclosures, local exhaust ventilation, or other engineering controls to maintain airborne levels as low as possible..

Personal Protective Equipment:
Hand Protection: Type of material : Rubber or Nitrile Rubber. Glove thickness: ≥ 0.2 μm.Change your gloves in compliance with Good Occupational Hygiene Practices and with safety instructions
Eye Protection: Safety glasses or goggles.
Skin Protection: Use protective clothing (uniforms, lab coats, disposable coveralls, etc.) in both production and laboratory areas.
Respiratory Protection: Wear appropriate respirator protection with a protection factor sufficient to guarantee a risk of exposure as low as possible. Recommended: air supplied hood
