Description of key information

Not biodegradable.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

According to ECHA's "Guidance on information requirements and chemical safety assessment - Chapter R.11: PBT Assessment", lack of degradation (< 20 % degradation) in an inherent biodegradability test equivalent to the OECD 302 series would provide sufficient information to confirm persistence without the need for further simulation testing. As lack of degradation was proven by an inherent biodegradability study, the substance shall be considered as not biodegradable, and further simulation testing shall not be considered.
