Description of key information

According to OECD/EC test guidelines, the partition coefficient of the different components of the substance was determined using a HPLC method to be between 3.6 and 6.1.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Log Kow (Log Pow):
6
at the temperature of:
25 °C

Additional information

The log Pow value of components in 2-amylanthraquinone with a peak area > 1% are (neutral pH):

Minor component – peak 1 = 3.6

Major component – peak 4 = 5.9

Major component – peak 5 = 6.1
