Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The test data (GLP, OECD guideline conform) is reliable without restrictions.

The Grewer-Oven test is a screening test which is sufficient for the evaluation of the test substance as being not self-heating. A main study according to the classification procedure for self-heating substances (according to UN Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, Manual of Tests and Criteria, Part III, subsection 33.3.1.6, UN test N.4: Test method for self-heating substances) need not be applied. The test item has not to be classified as self-heating substance in the sense of the classification criteria as laid down in Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 (CLP Regulation).
