Justification for type of information:
This information will be submitted later based on ECHA decision number CCH-D-2114461461-54-01/F.
Please refer to the letter submitted on behalf of Galata Chemicals GmbH and the OrganoTin REACH Consortium dated 12 November 2020 for the full details of the testing.
The development and validation of an analytical method for the analysis of the substance in water has very recently commenced and is due to be completed by the end of December 2021. The draft report is due to be issued 30 January 2022. This assumes that no significant problems are encountered during testing but historically the substance has proven a difficult material to analyse and so it would not be surprising if this testing was to be further delayed.
The Daphnia magna reproduction test is due to commence mid-April 2022 and is scheduled to be finished by the end of July 2022, with the draft report to be issued late September 2022. This schedule is not definitive yet though and the lab are indicating due to work load it could be pushed back.
As soon as all the final reports are available (and it should be noted that it is likely, due to the nature of the studies, it could easily take 2 to 3 months for them to be reviewed and finalised, possibly longer depending upon the findings) then the data will be incorporated into the registration dossier and the CSR revised and an update will be submitted to ECHA.
