Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

RS-Freetext:
There were no detectable abnormalities in the sperm of the
three rabbits exposed for 6 weeks. The mean amount of
hydrogen peroxide broken down by 1 mL rabbit seminal plasma
when mixed with 0.01M H2O2 at 0oC for 3 min was 220 mg
(range 95-353 for eight ejaculates) The results for rabbit
spermatozoa were also variable: the mean mass weight of
hydrogen peroxide decomposed by 109 cells in 3 min was 81 mg
(range 40-153 for 6 ejaculates). As rabbit semen had proven
more resistant to hydrogen peroxide than semen from other
species, ram seminal plasma, dog sperm-fraction plasma and
dog prostatic fluid were studied for their capacity to
decompose peroxide. The first two had some but low
activity, dog prostatic fluid was completely inert.
