The DSC-measurement in a closed glass crucible with the test item showed no exothermal effects in the temperature range 25 – 500 °C.
Since the preliminary thermal sensitivity analysis showed negative results, no further testing for explosive properties was deemed necessary, according to the European Commission Regulation (EC) No. 440/2008, Method A.14.
