The determination of the adsorption coefficient (Koc) of the test substance was performed according to the OECD Guideline for the Testing of Chemicals, Estimation of the Adsorption Coefficient (Koc) on Soil and Sewage Sludge using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Draft Guideline (June 2000).

Using the corresponding log Koc values of the reference items from the OECD guideline, the regression coefficients were calculated. The log Koc value of the test substance was calculated from the calibration equation. The tabulated values represent rounded mean results, which were obtained by calculation using the exact raw data. In conclusion, the adsorption coefficient (Koc) of the test substance was estimated using the HPLC method to be Koc 18. This value indicates a mobile character of the test substance.
