Three QSAR models have been used to give an indication of the toxicity of 1,3-butadiene to fish.
Calculated 96 hour LC50 value is 45 mg/L from the equation recommended in the TGD (Verhaar et al, 1995)
QSAR 96 hour LC50 value is from ECOSAR is 41.5 mg/L.
