Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

A modeling framework is needed to account for the bioavailability of the substance to perform read-across and data gap filling. The TLM-EqP modeling has been validated as a suitable method for predicting effect values in terrestrial plants. The TLM-EqP predicted effect values for this substance were 90.0 and 17.2 mg/kg soil dw for short-term (14-day LC50) and long-term effects (21-day EC10) to Avena sativa, respectively. The TLM-EqP predicted effect values for this substance were 58.1 and 11.1 mg/kg soil dw for short-term (14-day LC50) and long-term effects (21-day EC10) to Brassica rapa, respectively.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Short-term EC50 or LC50 for terrestrial plants:
58.1 mg/kg soil dw
Long-term EC10, LC10 or NOEC for terrestrial plants:
11.1 mg/kg soil dw
