Description of key information

- The mean boiling temperature of White liquor in mixture with its lowest practical water content concentration of 83% is 106.3 °C (EU 440/2008 A.2, OECD 102, method Siwoloboff)

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Boiling point at 101 325 Pa:
106.3 °C

Additional information

The boiling temperature of White liquor in a mixture with is lowest practical water content concentration of 83% was determined using the method according to Siwoloboff. The results of the two repeat determinations of the boiling temperature for the test substance mixture were: 106.3 and 106.3 °C. The mean boiling temperature of White liquor mixture is 106.3 °C. The dry solids/water ratio of the tested sample was 17/83 % by weight.
