Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Conclusions:
- The dilution factors for the effluents of the Currenta sewage treatment plants by the river Rhine are:
D 41539 Dormagen: 1.484
D 51368 Leverkusen: 807
D 47829 Uerdingen: 4.447 - Executive summary:
Effluent volumes of three Sewage Treatment Plants, which flow into the River Rhine, were estimated by daily measurements in 2007. The 10-percentile of the water volumes of the Rhine monitored daily from 1998 - 2007 was taken for the calculation of dilution factors.
The dilution factors for the effluents of the Currenta sewage treatment plants by the river are:
D 41539 Dormagen: 1.484
D 51368 Leverkusen: 807
D 47829 Uerdingen: 4.447
Due to few and inadequate data, reliability may not be assessed.
