Applicant's summary and conclusion

Executive summary:

The acute intraperitoneal toxicity of Mesamoll was tested in male Wistar rats. The dose tested was 5.0 ml/kg bw.

No mortalities and no signs of intoxication could be observed.

Regarding the density of Mesamoll (1.055 g/cm³ at 20 °C) the LD 50 was higher than 5275 mg/kg bw.
