Description of key information

Nojima & Yamaashi (2004) studied the photodegradation of sulfur dioxide in the presence of other air pollutants. While no degradation was observed when only SO2 was present in the reaction chamber, oxidation was largely accelerated after addition of nitrogen oxide, biacetyl or benzaldehyde. Reaction rates for environmental conditions were not estimated.
