Description of key information

EPTAC is a local carcinogen when applied on mouse skin at 1 % concentration (estimated dose applied on the skin: ~50 mg/kg/application). 
EU Classification and labelling working group has agreed to classify EPTAC Carc. Cat 2; R45. the topical application of Quab 151 induces squamous cell carcinoma at the mouse skin in both sexes and mamma tumours and tumours at the lungs in the females. Decreased survival time were observed especially among females.
