In the peer-reviewed handbook, the water solubility of potassium carbonate is reported to be 52.3 (ca. 1100 g/L) and 52.7 % w/w (1110 g/L) at 20 and 25°C, respectively. All solubility values are expressed as mass percent of solute, 100 x w2, were w2=m2/(m1 +m2) and m2 is the mass of the solute and m1 the mass of water.

Conclusions:
The water solubility of potassium carbonate is reported to be 52.3 (ca. 1100 g/L) and 52.7 % w/w (1110 g/L) at 20 and 25°C, respectively. According to the classification, potassium carbonate can be regarded as very soluble in water.
