Description of key information

This end-point study is waived. Adaptation according to column 2 of Annex VIII, 9.3.1. Based on the physicochemical properties of FMMVF fibres (purely inorganic and highly insoluble in water) it can be expected that they have a low potential for adsorption/desorption. Therefore no adsorption coefficient including Koc is applicable for FMMVF fibres.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The justification for the waiving is the adaptation according to column 2 of Annex VIII, 9.3.1. Based on the physicochemical properties of FMMVF fibres (purely inorganic and highly insoluble in water) it can be expected that they have a low potential for adsorption/desorption.
