The substance Fatty acids C14-18 and C16-18-unsatd., zinc salts is a salt of fatty acids with an inorganic cation. It is an inorganic substance in accordance with the definitions of the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) because of its ionic structure.
