The substance ignited but did not propagate combustion.

In the screening test, the material melted and decomposed with some localised ignition which quickly self extinguished on removal of the ignition source. No propagation occurred.
Justification for classification or non-classification
The submission substance does ignite, but does not propagate combustion either by burning with flame or smouldering along 200 mm of the powder train within the four minutes (or 40 minutes) test period. As a result, the substance does not meet the criteria for classification according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, Annex I section 2.7 at this time.
