- Statistical analysis of the day 10 larval weights was performed using the Student’s T-test incorporating Bartlett’s test for homogeneity of variance (Sokal and Rohlf 1981) for the control and 1000 mg/kg test group. Statistical analysis of the emergence data was performed using the Student’s T-test. All statistical analyses were performed using the SAS computer software package (SAS 1999 – 2001). Analysis was performed on the emergence ratio (ER) values.
