The acutely toxic effects on organisms like fish, daphnia and algae are conclusive but not sufficient for classification.

Carboxylic acids, di-, C4 -6 should not to be classified according to Directive 67/548/EEC criteria.

According to GHS (Regulation EC 1208/2008) criteria, Carboxylic acids, di-, C4 -6
