- The transformation/dissolution

The dissolved concentrations of cobalt at pH 6 and 1 mg/L loading after 7 and 28 days is 139 µg/L and 185 µg/L, respectively.

The dissolved concentrations of cobalt at pH 8 and 1 mg/L loading after 7 and 28 days is 44 µg/L and 52.5 µg/L, respectively.

The specific surface area(B.E.T. method) for the test sample used for HH and ENV testing was determined to be 2.3 ± 0.2 m²/g.

Additional information

Studies conducted in accordance with EU guidelines are available for: appearance, melting point, relative density, particle size distribution, dustiness and transformation / dissolution.

Waivers are proposed for boiling point, vapour pressure, partition coefficient, surface tension, flash point, auto flammability, flammability for solids, pyrophoric properties, flammability in contact with water, explosiveness, oxidising properties, stability in organic solvents, dissociation constant and viscosity.
