Additional information

One study is available investigating the short-term effects of Erucamide (CAS 112-84-5) to Daphnia magna. The study was performed according to OECD 202 (1984) under static conditions. Following a preliminary range-findings study, daphnids were exposed to control, solvent control, and the test substance at nominal concentration of 0.2 mg/L for 48 h. Immobilisation and any adverse reactions to exposure were recorded after 24 and 48 h. Since no immobilization of D. magna was observed, the EC50 (48 h) was > 0.3 mg/L (nominal) and > 0.13 mg/L (mean measured test concentrations of the centrifuged media).
