Additional information

Only one recent and detailed guideline study was available, and this was selected as the most reliable value. The other available supporting information was in reasonable agreement.

The study by Gödde is considered to be adequate for the purposes of classification and labelling, and risk assessment. The study was conducted according to DIN standard, and was conducted by a reputable Member State institute. As a result, testing does not appear scientifically necessary based on the use of existing data and, given the above points, the criteria in Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, Annex XI, 1.1.1 are considered to be met.
