EC number: 270-705-8 | CAS number: 68476-86-8 A complex combination of hydrocarbons obtained by subjecting liquefied petroleum gas mix to a sweetening process to convert mercaptans or to remove acidic impurities. It consists of hydrocarbons having carbon numbers predominantly in the range of C3 through C7 and boiling in the range of approximately -40°C to 80°C (-40°F to 176°F).

Data were available for methane, ethane and isobutane from the CRC handbook (2008) which is considered reliable for use. The QSAR KOWWIN was used to calculate the log Kow for butane and propane. These data can be read across to the Other Petroleum gases category members
