The study conducted by SRTC (1996) was GLP compliant and followed standard guidelines. Suitable precautions were taken to avoid loss of the substance through volatilisation. This study reported 48 hour EC50 for Daphnia magna is 1.2 mg/L. Suitable precautions were implemented to take into account the volatility of 2,4,4 -trimethylpentene.
