- PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION
The test medium consisted of a mixture of experimental water and test substance at the selected concentrations. A stock solution of 1000mg/l was prepared approximately 45 minutes prior to the start of the study by manually adding the test substance into dilution water. This stock solution was submitted to magnetic stirring for 10 minutes. The final stock solution was homogeneous and limpid. The pH was not adjusted before or during the test.
